Hi, I'm Jennifer, and welcome to “Who Says?”- the podcast I wish I’d had in my 20s and 30s when I was lost, stuck, and quietly convinced I was the only one “failing” adulthood.
For so long, I chased all the “shoulds” and wondered why life didn’t feel happier—even when it looked good on paper. I didn’t know who to talk to, or how to break out of the cycle of self-doubt, comparison, anxiety, and constant questioning.
That’s why my two co-hosts and I created this space: to challenge the stories that keep us stuck, the rules we’re “supposed” to follow, and share what it really takes to build a joyful, un-scripted life. With a lot of ridiculousness and laughter!
We're hilariously honest about messing up, changing our minds, and finding little pieces of clarity in the chaos. If you’ve ever felt alone in your stuckness, you’ll fit right in here ... and leave feeling a lot lighter, and a lot less alone!

Start with "The Thief of Joy?", the episode about breaking free from comparison— one of our juiciest, most relatable convos!

If your listeners are ready for relief, wild permission, and juicy stories about what it really takes to create a life on your terms, that's my favorite kind of conversation. I love teaming up with hosts for bold, down-to-earth episodes that help people create life on their terms (with a side of "TMI" and a whole lot of hope).
Let's collaborate on an episode that leaves your audience feel seen, understood, and ready to try things their own way!
